THE SOCIETY OF
OSHKOSH BREWERS
Upholding Wisconsin’s Brewing Tradition

Anyone who brews their own beer is a REAL SOB!

Monthly Meetings

Monthly meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month. Public invited!

Where? O’Marro’s Public House, 20th & Oregon Streets in Oshkosh

When? 7:00 p.m.

Why? Because we want to learn how to be better homebrewers and share tips, tricks and experience!

Monthly meetings are mostly held at this location, except for a few that are held at member’s homes. Please check our schedule and calendar for updated information.

Wisconsin Homebrewers pull together to pass legislation allowing homebrew to be shared with friends, neighbors and to be served at beer festivals!

Wisconsin Governor signs long-awaited bill allowing homebrewers to bring home-brewed beer outside of their homes to share with friends, neighbors and  to be served at beer festivals without penalty.

The SOBs would like to thank everyone who made an effort to contact their legislators and representatives in Madison to reach this monumental plateau!

Society of Oshkosh Brewers members Dick Waltenberry and Jim Boda stand together with sponsors of the bill and other homebrewers from across the state as Governor Walker signs the historic bill into law.
